Turning negatives into positives!

My ambition is to ensure that each and every guest who stays at St. Ermin's Hotel is treated as an individual and that they leave with a smile on their face. I am however a realist and understand that sometimes issues arise which mean a guest can leave with negative feelings, without a chance for the Hotel to rectify the issue.


Great service - today's ultimate ...

As I read our Trip Advisor reviews, I must admit to feeling a great sense of pride. One of the most frequent comments in guests' reviews is how they love our friendly and warm service. St. Ermin's' service statement is: "We want guests to treat St. Ermin’s as their home but we always remember it is a hotel” - and judging from what people are saying, we seem to be getting there, not that we intend to rest on our laurels.

The school summer holidays have arrived and the task of finding exciting and interesting things to do for their children baffles many parents. London is buzzing with fabulous things for kids to do, catering for all ages, energy levels and for purses of all sizes.


Practicing what we preach

At St. Ermin’s Hotel, we believe in investing in the future – particularly in our future workforce, and that is why we support The Prince’s Trust and have pledged to donate £10,000 this year. We appreciate the importance of employing skilled, experienced and most importantly – motivated people, which mirrors The Prince’s Trust’s ethos exactly.

When the idea of using St Ermin’s Hotel as an official press lounge for the Royal Wedding was initially discussed, my many years experience told me I was mad to say yes. The hotel would have only just opened, and I was inviting the world’s press to take up residence for a day. However I had and still do, great faith in our product and team – so agreed on the spot. One of St. Ermin’s’ main points of difference is its attitude towards service – difficult to sum up in words,

I feel very proud and excited to be working in Westminster at the moment, St. Ermin’s could not be located in a more vibrant part of London. The City of Westminster has always been a popular destination, with over 30 million visitors a year and St. Ermin’s could not be better placed for guests wanting to explore its top attractions – most of which are only a short walk from the hotel.
