Roaming around St. Ermin's Hotel ...

We were thrilled to have had the lovely Roaming Boomers visit us and are delighted by their favorite memories of St. Ermin's Hotel: "We’ll never, ever forget the jaw-dropping first impression of the St. Ermin’s lobby. It’s absolutely stunningly beautiful" "The blend of the old with the new is rather remarkable.

The St. Ermin's Intelligence Book...

We are excited to announce that our inaugural Intelligence Book of the Year Award is being held today. This annual award has been created in recognition of the hotel’s long connection with the intelligence community. The award is open to all non-fiction titles published in English in the previous calendar year concerned with the world of intelligence and espionage which, in the opinion of the judges, add substantially to the published literature.

Customer service – the new luxury

Having been dragged into the 21st century, I am now embracing all things: ‘social media’ and of course have google alerts. Thanks to this latest technology, a fascinating article on the Forbes website came to my attention, as it was highly complimentary about St. Ermin’s Hotel’s customer service, the author having recently stayed here.

A diamond location for the Royal ...

We are lucky to be situated in St. James’s Park, one of central London’s most historically significant areas. It allows us to boast that many of London's major landmarks are within walking distance of the hotel. Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Westminster Cathedral, The Houses of Parliament and the beautiful St James’s Park -  London’s oldest park are all just minutes' walk from our front door.

Turning negatives into positives!

My ambition is to ensure that each and every guest who stays at St. Ermin's Hotel is treated as an individual and that they leave with a smile on their face. I am however a realist and understand that sometimes issues arise which mean a guest can leave with negative feelings, without a chance for the Hotel to rectify the issue.

Great service - today's ultimate ...

As I read our Trip Advisor reviews, I must admit to feeling a great sense of pride. One of the most frequent comments in guests' reviews is how they love our friendly and warm service. St. Ermin's' service statement is: "We want guests to treat St. Ermin’s as their home but we always remember it is a hotel” - and judging from what people are saying, we seem to be getting there, not that we intend to rest on our laurels.
