Traditional stuffed Norfolk turkey with glazed vegetables, trimmings & rosemary jus

Braised ox cheeks with parsnip puree, dauphinoise potato, kale & beef jus

Seared cod, cauliflower, baby vegetables, pickled dulse & brown shrimp parsley butter

Salmon ballotine, soubise, fondant potato, pickled girolle & chive beurre blanc

Artichoke ravioli, crisp shallots, Jerusalem emulsion & truffle oil

Beetroot gnocchi with goat cheese, roast hazelnuts & rocket
