  • Twice-baked stilton & cheddar cheese soufflé with confit leeks and creamy Champagne sauce
  • Ballotine of foie gras with almond jelly, cherry compote and toasted brioche
  • Coarse country terrine with celeriac remoulade and crispy squid with crunchy bread
  • Forest mushroom with chestnut velouté with shallot and ricotta tortellini
  • Star anise cured salmon fillet with basil purée and baby beet salad

Main courses

  • Roast Norfolk turkey breast stuffed with sage and apricot, served with glazed vegetables, thyme roast potatoes, chipolatas and sage jus
  • Crusted slow braised beef feather blade with dauphinoise potatoes,wild mushrooms & broad beans fricassée, port glaze shallot & marrow jus
  • Rotisserie of corn fed chicken with creamed celeriac, ceps, baby leeks, boulangère potatoes and Armagnac sauce
  • Shoulder of Lamb, slow braised with dauphinoise potatoes,savoy cabbage,glazed button onions & Chantenay carrots & St.Ermin’s honey port sauce
  • Brioche and herb-crusted sea bream fillet with creamed pumpkin purée, glazed baby gem, savoy cabbage, saffron potato and citrus beurre blanc
  • Celeriac, apple, chestnut, potato cakes, leeks and savoy cabbage, poached hen’s egg and whole grain mustard dressing


  • Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
  • Light vanilla crème brulée, Scottish shortbread biscuits
  • Cinnamon and star anise glazed apple tarte tatin with vanilla custard
  • White and dark chocolate cheesecake, vanilla wafer and blood orange sorbet
