- Membership is complimentary.
- Your details will not be passed onto other organisations. You will only receive information from St Ermin's Hotel including the Caxton Grill.
- Commission is paid at 10% including VAT and paid within 14 days following the event providing the event account has been settled in full.
- Site inspection bedrooms are offered on a best available rate basis and refunded from final event invoice.
- The personal £99.00+VAT bedroom rate excludes breakfast, is subject to availability, and valid only for the Conference Club member. It cannot be offered to friends, family or 3rd parties. Call the main Conference Club line to book.
- The 20% discount in Caxton Bar & Grill & Afternoon Tea is applied upon presentation of your Conference Club card at point of sale.
- St Ermin's reserves the right to close or withdraw Conference Club benefits at any time.
