St. Ermin's Canine Concierge
Every guest is important to us, including pets. We’ve put together this list of local attractions to keep two and four-legged guests busy and happy throughout their stay.
Exercise - socially distanced of course
We are lucky enough to be surrounded by some of the capital’s best parks. They include:
St. James’s Park - the closest of London’s eight Royal Parks it covers an area of nearly 57 acres and is just a five minute stroll away.
Green Park next to Buckingham Palace, just an 8 minute walk from St. Ermin's, is a peaceful triangle of mature trees and grasslands and offers a quiet retreat from city life.
Slightly further afield Hyde Park, in the heart of London, Hyde Park offers world-class events and concerts together with plenty of quiet places to relax and unwind.
What's a trip to London without some retail therapy. Treat your pooch to a holiday shopping spree at these top notch pet boutiques:

Pet friendly attractions and activities
St. Ermin’s location puts all the capital’s historical attractions on your doorstep and a stroll around the neighbourhood will provide lot's to see. If you are looking for more extensive activities these venues are 100% dog friendly.
The perfect plan for an alternative dog day out, learning about the first underwater tunnel, and a stroll with your dog in the area.
Railway Ave, Rotherhithe, London SE16 4LF
Tower Bridge exhibition
A great one to take your dog to, provided it is not a too crowded or too hot day (it gets quite warm up there). We casually discovered that Tower Bridge Exhibition was dog-friendly when chatting with the security at The Monument and soon paid it a visit. You can read all about visiting Tower Bridge Exhibition with your dog and walking on the glass floor here.
Hampton Court Palace
Hampton Court Palace (technically in Surrey, but so close and very much feeling like West London) is a spectacular palace, with a maze, gardens and woodland. You can visit with your dog (on lead) the grounds (but dogs are banned from the palace and the maze). Great for a late Spring visit, when flowers are blossoming. While in order to visit the Palace and the Maze you need to purchase a ticket, you can visit all dog-friendly gardens at Hampton Court Palace for free!
Hampton Court Palace, Surrey
Ham House and Garden
Back in December 2017 and January 2018, Ham House hosted a dog-friendly trial, and we joined a preview visit. Later this year, they hosted a 12 dogs of Christmas event and celebrated the permanent opening of their grounds to dogs. Ham House and Garden is dog-friendly, but with some restrictions: dogs are not allowed in the house, while they can visit (on lead) the Garden, the Orangerie Café and their shop.

Sail on the Regent’s Canal on a dog-friendly electric boat
If you don’t fancy rowing, hiring an electric dog-friendly boat with GoBoat London and sailing on the Regent’s Canal, from Paddington to Little Venice up and then on to Camden Lock, is a great adventure.
GoBoat London’s base is located on the canal in Merchant Square, near Paddington. You can easily walk there either from Edwage Road or Paddington tube stations.
Prices. GoBoat London boats tariffs are per hour per boat and depend on whether you pick an off-peak day (Monday to Friday), or you hire them over the weekend or bank holidays. For one hour it is £79, while 2 hours come at £119.
