St Ermins Family

Kids Concierge

Kids Concierge at family friendly St. Ermin’s Hotel.

St. Ermin’s’ approach of treating everyone as an individual and making them feel special has seen businessmen, couples and of course families call the hotel home. The hotel knows that happy children make for relaxed grown ups, so now that London has reopened and waiting to be explored, the hotel has launched its Kids Concierge service, dedicated to keeping children entertained and adults reassured. There’s fun and adventures to be had both inside the hotel and out, thanks to its location in the heart of historical London

The hotel, ably assisted by Buzz the Bee, has created a family friendly hotel experience that will appeal to adults and children alike.

Accommodation to suit everyone.

St. Ermin’s’ wide collection of family friendly rooms and suites has been created with families in mind, including four-legged family members. With two beds and two bathroom, Family Rooms are ideal for the travelling family and for those wanting that little more space. St. Ermin’s has two new Family Suites particularly suited to families of 6. These don’t just have comfy beds and two bathrooms, Buzz the Bee has furnished them with a sofa bed, teepee and a collection of children’s books.

In-room essentials.

To help out parents, rooms are equipped with baby and toddler essentials which can be pre-ordered free of charge, meaning cars will be less packed or no one has to board a train carrying a high chair. There will also be an additional collection of items, which guests can pre-order at the time of booking, that will be charged for separately, allowing the family to pack more exciting objects than baby food.

The hotel also provides really useful information such as numbers for a doctor and nearest Casualty, just in case they are needed. Better to be prepared.
Going on holiday is all about having fun, especially after months of lockdown and limited travel. There is loads to do at St. Ermin’s even before you’ve stepped outside to explore. Buzz the Bee recommends:

Head up to the hotel’s third floor and watch Buzz’s mates, safely behind glass, at work making honey.

Become a spy for the day

St. Ermin’s has a long association with spies, in 1950’s the spy Guy Burgess (part of the infamous Cambridge five) handed over secret papers to his Russian counterpart in the Caxton Bar, as well as Churchill and MI5 using the hotel during WW2. Children can take on their own spy mission and crack clues around the hotel with the reward of a secret spy pass that will get them a cocktail in Caxton Bar (where spies used to meet).
Exploring a new city has never been more tempting and you can’t beat London for its rich history, culture and wide variety of restaurants. Buzz has put together this list of destinations that can be enjoyed by family members of all ages and number of legs. Here's a few:
